Part of our Fun day!

The girl's and I went to a park near by our house to take pictures for fun! It was a beautiful day! See Brookie, she probably should have had a light jacket on, but she wasn't complaining! I was having a great time taking thier pictures, when we realized, Wayne, my roommate was driving by. I callled him told him to turn around and join us, so he was able to take a few pics of us together, before the battery died. We left the park and headed for McDonald's.....then we went to see "Flushed Away", not as funny as I thought it was going to be, ok. We all came back and played PS3 guitar game, it almost reminds me of "dance revolution", just in guitar form. Trying to get Brookie in bed was next to impossible......between Wayne making excuses, and Brookie being so cute....she managed to stay up way to late....not to mention she was in my bed at 4 am that morning wanting to plan the day.....and she still so full of energy.

Then there is Kim, my laid back, easy going, God loving sweetheart. I love her to death! We can joke, be honest (may hurt), connect in some off the wall ways.....but we are mother/daughter....question is from one moment to the next who is the mother and who is the daughter....meaning we learn from each other and usually enjoy it!

God Said No

I asked God to take away my habit.
God said No.
It is not for me to take away, but for you to give it up.

I asked God to make my handicap child whole.
God Said No.
His spirit is whole, his body is only temporary.

I asked God to grant me patience.
God said No.
Patience is a byproduct of tribulations; it isn't granted, it is learned.

I asked God to give me happiness.
God said NO.
I give you blessings; Happiness is up to you.

I asked God to spare me the pain.
God said NO.
Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me.

I asked God to make my spirit grow.
God said NO.
You must grow on your own! But I will prune you to make you fruitful.

U asked God for all things that I might enjoy life.
God said NO.
I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things.

I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as he loves me.
God said....AHHHHH, you finally have the idea.

Sharing my "New Home" and family

Well this is my new space!! The house is awesome! I tried to put these in the order I wanted them in and of course blog rearranged the pics so there is no rhyme or reason to the pics. The first two are the bar in the huge kitchen and my roommate, Wayne. We are both going through the same thing right now, both divorces not by choice. We have alot of fun, and I am thankful we hit it off from day one like brother/sister. We talk alot about where we are in "life", he loves spending time with "US" when the girls are here. They enjoy him, he keeps them totally entertained with so many different "tech" toys to flying helicopters, to computer games. For not meeting my roommate before moving in, I am so thankful for it working out naturally.

The next two are the rest of the Kitchen and MY ROOM!!! Yes I love my room! It is so cozy and perfect! What you cannot see is that I have a hunter green brand new leather couch that reclines!! I love it too! These pictures are from when I first moved in, I have since then tweeked it, added my 100 Longanberger baskets, teddy bears, etc. but I love it!

Then the last picture is a picture of a picture of the house! The picture is beautiful. Does not do it justice in the size of the house!!!!

Brooklyn after Halloween Party

Here are a couple of pictures of Brooklyn before and after a Halloween Party. She is suppose to be an Angel, and she told me that is why she chose the rainbow and clouds for her face painting because angels live among clouds and rainbows. Brooklyn and I had the opportunity to spend the weekend together, Kim had halloween plans at home.
